BILLY BULLY: Trouble in school Part 1.

Editor's Note: This new set of Lemy & Rascal stories are somewhat different from what you've been reading in the past. In these stories, Lemy and Rascal are young school kids and SuperTrain is a fox, known as ST Fox.

As school children, they have to deal with some of the things that YOU have to deal with too....like school bullies!

Also, in these stories, Lemy, Rascal and ST Fox have been friends forever, and they all live very close to each other. So, if you're all ready, READ ON.

It was the first day of the last term of school.

"What that means is that this story occurs in the last two months before the wintery December holidays", said Lemy.

Lemy and Rascal were glad to be back in school although they knew that in this final term, they would have to spend their time concentrating on their studies because the exams would be coming soon. The stripy pair were also very happy to see their very good friend ST Fox who was their school mate and sometimes, their protector*(1) as well.			This is ST FOX!
ST was a large red-brown fox, with a nice top hat that he wore all the time. He was a carefree*(2) fellow and very smart too because he always did well in his tests and often helped Lemy and Rascal with their homework too. >>		The three of them were inseparable*(3) and usually hung out together during recess (playing football) and also at the end of the school day.
All in all, everyone in the class got along with each other very well.
UNTIL THE TEACHER, MRS OWL CAME IN AND MADE AN ANNOUCEMENT............	"Children..... today, we have a new student who will join us for these final months before the Winter break.	<< Everyone saw the huge shadow in the background
As she stepped aside, in came a large bulldog with extra-long floppy ears. He wore a fierce scowl*(4) on his face and didn't look at all pleasant. "Class...I want you to be friends with Billy Bulldog", Mrs Owl said.
Billy Bulldog took one look at the entire class of twenty students in front of him and made a very rude sound. Everyone was shocked to see such a badly behaved student, but nobody said anything because, well....for one thing....Billy was a really HUGE bulldog. Mrs Owl told the class to greet their new classmate and then went off to see to other things, leaving the class in the capable hands of the class monitor, Lizzy Lizard.

Once Mrs Owl was gone, Billy started his nonsense.

He kicked the chairs of the students in the front and ousted Freddy Fox from his seat.

"I WANT THIS SEAT" he said in a loud voice.

All the kids were terrified and didn't utter a sound in protest....until Lemy stood up and said "Leave Freddy alone, you terrible bully!!"

Billy stared at Lemy and made his way towards the lemur at the back of the class. ST Fox and Rascal quickly stood up, ready to come to Lemy's rescue.

Just then, Mrs Owl came back to the class, and Billy retreated to the front, looking as meek and mild as a little (big) pup.

As he walked back to the front, Billy whispered loudly to Lemy, "I'll get you, you stripy tailed monkey!!"

Some new words to learn this week:
(*1) protector - someone who takes it upon themselves to look after another person or group of people.

(*2) carefree - to be free of worries and to take each day as it comes, without being worried about what the future may hold for them.

(*3) inseparable - to be very close to others, spending time together whenever they can.

(*4) scowl - to wear a terrible-looking frown on your face.
